Hotel staff were excellent being very attentative at breakfast time and informative on places to see and visit in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning welcome as the temperature rose into the mid 30'sC. Breakfast was a mix of self serve and service. There was cereal, fruit, yougurts, eggs (scambled or boiled), and pastries The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city conveniently located for both the Santa Cruz and Macarena districts with a lot of places within the city centre walkable for an able person. E.g the Cathedral is approx. 700mm away and the Metropol about 400m walk. I think the main area of shops is also about 500m walk (I'm not a shopper but did walk through a shopping area on the way to the bus station). Lots of narrow cobbled streets within a short walk, and restaurants and bars. If you have time, visit Italica which are roman ruins at Santiponce about 10km out of town. Fantastic roman amphitheatre and remains with superb mosaics. 1.50 euros to get in! 170 bus will get you there and back.

It is a lovely boutique hotel in an authentic house from ~1900. A lot of charme and attention to details. The rooms are good in size, I would think almost every room has a small balcony? Mine at least had one. The beds have excellent matresses. Lighting, A/C, shower, all was nice. The staff made a perfect job, the room was always clean. The location is a bit "off" the hot spots, so you need to walk a bit (~ 5 to 10 minutes) to reach the busy parts of downtown. a central bus station is only 5 minutes away. But this also means it is quiet. You can sleep with open balcony doors without problem until at ~ 8:30 a.m. the adjacent shool opens. But its anyway time for breakfast then. The breakfast has a lot of choices and they prepare your scrambled egg fresh in the kitchen. Freshly pressed orange juice is also part of it. My breakfast usually consists of coffee & croissant. The staff was very nice, but a bit concerned that I didnt want to taste their kitchen. Overall, I would stay there again. No doubt!

Rita in reception was wonderful upon arrival. We had been to Seville once before, however she gave us loads of information on the area and how to get to sights. The room was divine, with the most comfortable and large double bed, with lovely bedding. Slept like a dream. It’s not a room with lots of natural light, but that was no problem to us, as we were out nearly all day, and when we returned, we just wanted to sleep. The bathroom with shower had very high quality fittings, loved them. The first morning we booked in for breakfast, which was 12 euros each . This was the most we had paid at any of the properties we had stayed at while travelling round Spain. There was a good selection, yoghurt, eggs, tea or coffee, toast and some fruit. The following morning we ate breakfast at a nearby cafe .

I really appreciated the authenticity of this Sevillana house, everything is very clean and with attention to detail. Rita at the reception welcomed me with great kindness and did all her best to accommodate my requests. Being on a business trip I needed to leave early in the morning: Enriqueta came every morning to prepare breakfast for me an hour before the scheduled time, with freshly squeezed orange juice and excellent fresh products prepared on the spot! The location of the hotel in a quiet and central area is another strong point.

Very Spanish and felt very traditional. Loved the decor. Room was a good size and well equipped. Unfortunately one of the plug sockets did not work. Was a little dusty behind bedside cabinets but the general cleanliness was good and cleaned daily to a good standard. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly - before we went and while we were there. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and relax with fantastic views.
